Good to know
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, a bright living area with the option of a sofa bed for additional guests, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a family bathroom, and an en-suite. Both bedrooms can be configured as either king or twin beds - simply let us know your preference at least 48 hours before arrival. If your preference isn't stated, these will be arranged as two twins as standard. Thoughtfully designed to feel both modern and homely, the apartment includes everything needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay, from cooking essentials and fresh linens to complimentary toiletries and fast Wi-Fi. Perfect for couples, families, business trips, or weekend escapes by the sea. Please note the apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift available. Due to the central location, there can occasionally be traffic noise outside.

We want you to have a fantastic stay - these house rules are simply in place to help us keep the apartment comfortable, relaxing, and well looked after for all guests. • No smoking, parties, or events permitted within the property. • To respect our neighbours, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 11pm and 7am. • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. • Pets are not permitted unless agreed in advance prior to booking. • Lost keys may incur a replacement and call-out charge. • Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly. Staying here puts you right in the centre of the city, just moments from the seafront, Brighton Pier, and some of Brighton’s best food, shopping, and nightlife. Despite the central location, the apartment offers a calm and comfortable space to unwind after a day exploring everything Brighton has to offer.
Guest Access
Check-in is available from 3pm. To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we have two check in options. 1. We use a Ring Intercom with app-based access to the main building entrance, allowing you to unlock the door directly from your phone during your stay. This means you can check in anytime from 15:00 - 00:00 on the day of arrival. 2. Alternatively, we're happy to provide access via ringing the buzzer on the main entrance and our team will remotely open the door. This option is only available for check in between the hours of 15:00 and 20:00. Full check-in details will be provided before arrival. Check-out is before 11:00am, with full departure instructions provided during your stay.
