🧼 Cleaning, House Rules and Deposit Information At The Home Makers Hub Ltd, we aim to provide every guest with a comfortable, stress-free and well-maintained stay in our serviced accommodation at Willow Stays in Bedford. ✔️ Professional cleaning is included in the total price of your stay, ensuring the property is spotless and welcoming when you arrive. ✔️ For long-term stays of more than 14 nights, we will arrange additional cleaning services which include fresh linen and towel changes. These extra services will be organised directly with you and charged separately. 🚫 To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours, please note the following house rules: • No barbecues, parties, hen or stag gatherings are permitted. • Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the property. • The home is for residential use only and business activities are not permitted on the premises. 💳 A refundable security deposit of up to £300 is required before your arrival. This can be paid securely by card or through Airbnb. Before check-in, you will receive a link to review and sign our rental agreement and to pre authorise your card for the security deposit. For same day bookings, this is sometimes a charge rather than pre authorisation. Photo ID will also be requested via email.
