The price includes a professional cleaning at the end of your stay. For stays longer than 14 days, we will contact you to arrange additional cleaning services, including linen and towel changes, which will be charged directly to you. Barbecues, parties, and hen or stag groups are not allowed. Smoking or vaping inside the property is prohibited. No other business activities may be conducted within the property. A deposit of up to £300 is required and can be paid by card or through Airbnb. You must also agree to our rental agreement before your stay. You will receive a link with instructions on how to complete this process. Additionally, you will be asked to provide photo identification in advance of your stay. The deposit will be refunded 48 hours after your departure, provided there is no damage to the property.
