Included in the price is an end-of-stay professional clean. For stays of more than 14 days, we will liaise with you about additional cleans including linen and towel change during your stay. This will be charged to you directly. ● No BBQs, parties, hen/stag groups. ● No smoking or vaping inside the property. ● No other business activity conducted within the property. ● A deposit of up to £300 is payable by card or Airbnb and agreement to our rental agreement must be completed prior to your stay. You will receive a link with details of how to complete this. You will also be asked to provide photo ID in advance of your stay. The deposit is refunded 48 hours after your departure provided there is no damage to the property.
